In today's modern society too, ethnic wear is the most popular choice among Indian ladies. More than half of the female population prefers typical Indian ethnic wear.
 These ethnic trends in India are, in majority, inspired and owned by Bollywood. We Indians are much affected by the Bollywood movies and especially our dressing style and trends are influenced by the style statements of famous celebs. Be it the heavy Bangla sarees from Devdas or collared kurtis from Bunty Aur Babli, Indian ethnic fashion trends are imbibed by Bollywood.
